Information for participants already registered at the original conference date!

Each con­fer­ence par­ti­cipant who has already registered for the said con­fer­ence, or has applied for accom­mod­a­tion, does not have to re-register. If the con­fer­ence par­ti­cipant has paid the regis­tra­tion fee or accom­mod­a­tion, the pay­ment is con­sidered a depos­it until the con­fer­ence. At the end of the con­fer­ence, par­ti­cipants who have paid the regis­tra­tion fee or accom­mod­a­tion and reques­ted an invoice will be sent a billing invoice deduct­ing the depos­it. Par­ti­cipants who do not request an invoice may be issued a con­firm­a­tion of pay­ment of the regis­tra­tion fee or accom­mod­a­tion dir­ectly at the con­fer­ence upon request.

ON-LINE FORM OF PARTICIPATION
The regis­tra­tion price includes:

Par­ti­cip­a­tion in the online con­fer­ence pro­gram, mater­i­als in elec­tron­ic form, access to the gal­lery.
A registered par­ti­cipant who has paid the regis­tra­tion fee for regis­tra­tion has access to the ONLINE lec­tures.
The registered con­fer­ence par­ti­cipant ( online /​ present form) can view the recor­ded lec­tures in the archive, for a peri­od of 60 days from the con­fer­ence, no later than 15. 8. 2022. To view the archive, you need a pass­word, which we will send you after the conference.

PAYMENT OPTION

We offer you anoth­er pay­ment option with Mas­ter­Card, Visa, Visa Elec­tron, Maes­tro pay­ment cards. You can use the online pay­ment sys­tem at www​.agen​turakami​.sk for pay­ment by cred­it card. Par­ti­cipants are reminded to check that they have per­mis­sion from the bank to make inter­net pay­ments and also a suf­fi­cient lim­it for send­ing a payment.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

When regis­ter­ing for the SATIR IN EUROPE con­fer­ence, please pay the regis­tra­tion fee, oth­er­wise your regis­tra­tion will not be accep­ted. After receiv­ing your regis­tra­tion, the organ­izer will issue and send you a PAYMENT INSTRUCTION with the assigned vari­able sym­bol, on the basis of which the pay­ment must be made.

CANCELLATION OF THE REGISTRATION

The con­fer­ence organ­izer must be noti­fied of the can­cel­la­tion of par­ti­cip­a­tion in the con­fer­ence in writ­ing by e‑mail to kami@​agenturakami.​sk. Can­cel­la­tion by phone will not be accepted.
